Join us for our April retreat! Our theme for April is, Nourish & Flourish: Water What Wants to Grow!
Sunday, April 26
12:00 – 4:00
Loveland, Ohio
This half-day retreat starts with a meal providing healthy nourishment, blending movement, nature, and reflection to help you feel clear, energized, and aligned for the season ahead. In the warm glow of a sacred sanctuary, we hold space for wellness.
12:00 – 12:35 PM
Healthy Seasonal Lunch & Welcome Reflection
Enjoy a fresh, nourishing meal with lean protein, colorful fruits and vegetables and assorted drinks, designed to support seasonal transition and renewal. We’ll briefly reflect on nourishing and flourishing... bringing things to life that facilitate growth and inner wellbeing.
12:45 – 1:30 PM
Healing Singing Bowl & Gong Bath
Settle your nervous system through calming breathwork and immersive sound frequencies. This guided experience encourages mental clarity and deep rest. In stillness, we hold space for what wants to grow within us.
1:40 – 2:25 PM
Gentle Flow Yin Yoga
Move through a slow, accessible flow to increase circulation and flexibility. Longer yin holds support detoxification and seasonal renewal. As the body opens, we invite fresh energy in—like sunlight reaching new leaves.
2:35 –2:55 PM
Somatic Movement
Somatic movement is a mindful, slow-paced movement practice focusing on internal sensations rather than external performance. We'll get our hands in the air, move our arms and legs, and facilitate a mind/body connection as a group moving as one.
2:55 – 3:35 PM
Labyrinth Walk & Guided Journaling or Mindful Forest Walk. (Forest Bathing)
Walk the labyrinth at your own pace as a moving meditation. Journaling prompts will help clarify intentions for the months ahead. Like tending a garden, clarity and direction help growth unfold with purpose. Or, spend time outdoors with guided prompts to heighten awareness and presence. Notice signs of early spring and the steady rhythm of natural growth. Nature reminds us that returning to the light is a gradual, steady process.
3:45 – 4:00 PM
Closing Candle Intention Ritual & Herbal Tea Ceremony
We close with warm tea and a moment of gratitude. Visualize one clear intention you want to nurture this season. Lighting a candle symbolizes commitment and focused energy. When we bring light to our goals, we help them grow. This final pause allows the body and mind to integrate the afternoon. Leave feeling steady, refreshed, and ready to grow into spring.
