
Lying down on a yoga mat with a neck pillow and blanket (if preferred) and a warm essential oil infused washcloth placed over the eyes, quartz crystal singing bowls, chimes, buffalo drum, gongs, and other instruments will be used to create soothing sounds that vibrate through the body to relax and heal the mind, body, and spirit.

Basic yoga is a beginner class with easy yoga poses. No previous experience necessary. Basic yoga refers to foundational yoga practices that focus on simple postures (asanas), breathwork (pranayama), and mindfulness. It’s a great way to start your yoga journey, especially if you’re new to the practice or want to build a solid foundation before moving on to more advanced techniques.

This is a slow flow yoga class intended to control the breath and slowly transition between gentle yoga poses.

Restorative yoga is a gentle and calming style of yoga that focuses on deep relaxation, stress reduction, and healing.

Our kids yoga class, ages 5-13, is designed to stretch the body and promote balance and mental clarity.

Paddleboard yoga, often called "SUP yoga" (Stand-Up Paddleboard Yoga), combines the practice of yoga with the activity of stand-up paddleboarding. This innovative practice involves performing yoga poses while balancing on a paddleboard that is floating on water. These workshops will be held outdoors in the Summer on a local lake.

Community classes are offered at The Grail in Loveland, Ohio. These are "Pay What You Can" donation based classes. Donations greatly appreciated.

We offer pony yoga classes in collaboration with Little Patch of Heaven Farm in Morrow, Ohio. This is a 45 minute class, with 15 minutes reserved at the end to brush and visit with the ponies!
