Basic Yoga

Basic yoga is a beginner class with easy yoga poses. No previous experience necessary. Basic yoga refers to foundational yoga practices that focus on simple postures (asanas), breathwork (pranayama), and mindfulness. It’s a great way to start your yoga journey, especially if you’re new to the practice or want to build a solid foundation before moving on to more advanced techniques.
